For seven years, I served as the DAEP Director and Hearing Officer for a major school district outside San Antonio, developing deep expertise in student discipline. I specialize in the critical integration of the District Code of Conduct with TEC Chapter 37, ensuring all rulings are timely, legally sound, and objective.

My experience, complemented by over a decade of owning/managing a business, guarantees the lowest possible legal risk and administrative cost for your district or agency. I also have proven success in managing Teachers In Need of Improvement.  Specialized teaching experience, including science instruction in high-level residential healthcare (Level 5) and DAEP settings.
